Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders in defining requirements and improving processes, while supporting project delivery and coordinating compliance with computer system validation (CSV) standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements
  • Analyse and optimise business processes, with a focus on finance, supply chain, and operational excellence
  • Support SAP ECC system improvements and master data harmonisation initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to present findings and define functional solutions
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions align with business needs
  • Assist in preparing business cases, project documentation, and finance requests
  • Manage compliance activities and maintain process documentation in line with regulatory standards

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • At least10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulated or complex environment.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading requirement gathering sessions.
  • Strong ability to develop clear and detailed project documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
