Our client is a leading FMCG player. They offer a diverse range of products from groceries and fresh produce to household essentials across their stores. It is a growing organization that is expanding their offerings to the international market.

Job Description

  • Consumer Insight Analysis: Analyze consumer needs and insights, track category trends, and uncover commercial opportunities across diverse markets.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage on quantitative and qualitative data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Brand Strategic Planning and Expansion: Develop the Brand's regional expansion strategy.
  • Growth and Performance Management: Drive growth and track performance to meet commercial objectives for the portfolio; manage the A&P budget effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as channel partners, distributors, and/or agencies to execute initiatives.
  • New Product Development: Spearhead the development of the Brand's 24-month rolling New Products Pipeline, from ideation and concept development to NPD qualification and the execution of regional marketing launch campaigns and toolkits.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a leading FMCG company.
  • Experience of being accountable for sales performance, market share growth, and marketing expenditures.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing global and regional brand strategies, business strategies, and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Extensive experience across diverse Asian markets.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with media and creative agencies.
  • Skilled in executing marketing campaigns in-market through local business units and/or distributors.
  • Proactive, resilient, able to navigate ambiguity, take calculated risks, and respond swiftly in a fast-paced environment; excels in cross-team collaboration.
