About Our Client
Our client is a leading global luxury brand in the FMCG and Retail industries offering a portfolio of various products to consumers worldwide. Due to expanded business opportunities, they are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Controller to join the regional headquarter based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Regional CFO and leading a team, you will act as the focal point to the key Marketing business leaders and Senior Management in providing useful financial insights to drive commercial decision making. As the key finance business partner, you will help drive effective utilisation of budgets and forecasts, review marketing expenditures on a regular basis and challenge key decisions undertaken by the Marketing team using thorough analysis on market, competitors, channels and brand profitability as well as ROI modeling. You will also work closely with the Sales finance and accounting team in strengthening internal controls and driving improvements.
The Successful Applicant
You should be Degree qualified with 8-10 years' of relevant experience as a Brand Controller for the FMCG / Retail industry. You will have strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem solving skills. You should be an effective finance business partner with the Marketing team at driving changes and influencing business decisions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be necessary in order to succeed in this role. You are adaptable to changes and thrive well in a fast-paced environment.
