You will partner closely with Sales, Solution Design and Operations to deliver compelling proposals that unlock growth across Singapore's key corporate accounts.

Job Description

  • Lead the full lifecycle of bid and pursuit activities for Singapore and wider Asia, including qualification, strategy shaping, governance and submission
  • Partner with cross-functional teams-Sales, Solution Design, Commercial, Operations and Legal-to craft winning value propositions and compliant submissions
  • Drive structured project management for all pursuits, ensuring timelines, risks, reviews and stakeholder alignment are tightly managed
  • Oversee proposal writing, storytelling, final presentations and client-facing pitch materials that clearly articulate service value
  • Support post-submission activities, including clarifications, BAFOs, final presentations and continuous improvement reviews
  • Uphold internal governance, commercial discipline and risk controls across all bid activity
  • Contribute to content development, playbook refinement and capability building within the regional bid function

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in bid management, proposal development or pursuit leadership within BPO, facility management, outsourcing, workplace or technology-enabled services
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, tight timelines and complex deliverables
  • Proven success in leading large regional or multi-country bids with high-value strategic impact
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness, including costing, pricing logic, risk evaluation and value positioning
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical and operational detail into client-centric narratives
  • Skilled in crafting executive-level presentations and facilitating pitch discussions with senior client stakeholders
