As a renowned Architecture consultancy with more than 2 decades of experience within local and international design and construction industry, my client is seeking a creative and innovative Senior Architect to be a part of their vibrant team. An award-winning name when it comes to designing hotels, corporate spaces as well as residential buildings, my client prides themselves on their utmost care and effort when it comes to every aspect of their work.

Job Description

  • Interpreting, managing and implementing the conceptual design of this project while taking into strong consideration the aspect of originality and feasibility while achieving the clients' requirements.
  • Responsible for developing design presentations on behalf of the organization during client and consultant meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal team members as well as external contractors and suppliers to ensure the project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Constantly staying in touch with industry trends and design solutions to stay informed and progressive.

The Successful Applicant

  • This position requires a strong creative sense and a keen pursuit of originality, as well as the ability to articulate and convey design ideas in a feasible and innovative manner.
  • Independent, resourceful, quick learner with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid time management and communication skills are a must.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. A Part 3 qualification is preferred.
  • Prior experience in designing for residential and commercial institutions will be prioritized.
