Outside of Asia, they are an emerging brand and are looking to capitalise on this success they have enjoyed in South and South East Asia by strengthening their core capabilities within the management team . This Talent Acquisition Lead role will play a pivotal role in influencing recruitment policies and strategies within senior management team and act as an advisor to the Group Head of Human Resources.
Reporting directly to the Group HR Director you will be responsible for the Talent Management initiatives for the region, working closely with key stakeholders in the region to drive strategic performance management, employer branding and designing long term recruitment strategies. You should have the experience and maturity to lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals across the region in motivating them to achieve the recruiting objectives of the organisation. Key to your success will be your ability to excel in a fast paced and fluid environment.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should have at least 12 years of experience in executive recruitment gained from an Agency and Corporate environment across APAC. You should be a robust, adaptable and versatile HR professional with highly developed interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment. To be highly successful in this role, you should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent business acumen and negotiation skills to lead, influence and engage with the business leaders from across the globe. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively manage internal stakeholders in China.
