Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business users to gather and formalize requirements using a user-centric approach.
  • Design and deliver sustainable SAP planning solutions aligned with architecture principles and product vision.
  • Lead process analysis, Design Thinking workshops, and prepare functional specifications.
  • Coordinate with developers and technical teams to build, test, and refine solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and support user training and adoption.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, functional specs, and process maps.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives, propose enhancements, and support change management activities.

The Successful Applicant

You're a successful candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar Functional/Application Designer role, with 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Strong technical expertise in SAP IBP (DM, S&OP), Production Planning (PP), and Materials Management (MM).
  • Proven experience in business mapping, blueprinting, and SAP system implementation.
  • Solid knowledge of process analysis, design, and solution configuration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to dynamic environments.
