Job Description
- Responsible for administering and managing role-base permissioning for HR related systems associated with the Security and Governance framework in a multi-user group-wide organization.
- Provide guidance and ensure compliance of employees to a group security and governance structure and create supporting SOP and policies.
- Perform periodic review on access permissions for HR related systems and update access permissions whenever necessary.
- Perform regular system monitoring to ensure data security and proper recording of application / audit logs and reviews.
- Partner with module leads on new SAP enhancements/module roll out in reviewing and testing access changes across modules.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of professional service delivery experience. Knowledge of Successfactors modules, implementation and security administration are required.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and governance skills.
