Job Description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SuccessFactors system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis on system errors and work on permanent solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, IT, and development, to address technical problems and implement fixes.
  • Manage and prioritize incident tickets related to system issues and user queries.
  • Monitor the system for any performance issues, bugs, or technical errors and address them proactively.
  • Provide guidance and support to end-users on best practices for using SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Assist in system updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure the platform remains up-to-date and functional.
  • Document troubleshooting processes, resolutions, and technical guidelines for internal reference.
  • Conduct testing and validation after system updates to ensure seamless operation.
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to optimize SAP SuccessFactors functionality.

The Successful Applicant

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors troubleshooting and support.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning Management.
  • Experience in diagnosing and resolving system issues, both technical and functional.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with system upgrades, patches, and testing.
