Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA RISE and SuccessFactors architecture, aligning solutions with the company's target operating model and long-term digital roadmap.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant SAP solutions while leveraging best practices and balancing functional fit and controls.
  • Govern and approve System Integrator designs, ensuring solutions deliver true business outcomes over convenience-driven configurations.
  • Drive a Clean Core strategy, standardisation, and fit-to-standard adoption, defining extensibility via in-app options and SAP BTP.
  • Establish and document architectural decisions, maintaining structured governance and impact analysis across the programme.
  • Define enterprise reporting, analytics, and data migration strategies, ensuring high data quality, compliance, and readiness at cutover.
  • Design and govern integration architecture with SAP SuccessFactors, third-party systems, and workforce solutions while advising senior stakeholders on strategic technology decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • At least 10 years of SAP experience, including 4+ years in SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors implementations in complex enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in SAP Activate methodology, fit-to-standard approach, and Clean Core principles.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture governance, risk management, controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Solid understanding of SAP integration patterns and tools (e.g., SAP CPI/Integration Suite) and Fiori configuration and extensibility.
  • Proven ability to govern System Integrators and guide senior stakeholders with clear architectural decisions.
  • Experience driving scalable, secure, and compliant SAP solutions across large organisations.
  • SAP or enterprise architecture certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, BTP, TOGAF) are preferred.
