About Our Client

Based in Singapore, our client is a leading global provider of innovative energy, and they are looking for an SAP HR Consultant. The successful candidate will get the chance to participate in new and existing implementations, developed with the latest technology and tools. This role will require in depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting, as well as the HR modules.

Job Description

As an SAP HR Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the implementation of HR IT projects and system enhancements.
  • Delivering software support services within the SAP HR landscape
  • Designing, implementing, and supporting solutions for complex HCM business processes
  • Working closely with internal/external team to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP functionality.
  • Providing Production Support: Investigate system problems. If investigated to be a defect, liaise with the Build team and provide functional inputs (so that the build team can fix the defect) and test the functionality after the fix.

The Successful Applicant

  • As a successful candidate, you will have a bachelor's degree in Business Studies, IT, Engineering, or related discipline with at least 3 years of experience in SAP as an HR functional consultant.
  • You must demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules e.g., ESS/MSS, OM, PA, TM, PY
