Job Description
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with Marketing Cloud Connect, Mulesoft and other Integrations
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design and implementation discussions inline with SFMC best practices
- Design and propose solution for automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio,Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder, and advise business on how to optimize further
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, PPC and other marketing conversion metrics
- Design and/or build integrations between Marketing Cloud and 3rd party applications or data sources
The Successful Applicant
- At least 4 years' experience working hands-on in Marketing Cloud implementations, ideally involving integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms.
- Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant and Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Knowledge of any of the 6 programming languages in SFMC: AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL (andQuery Studio experience) or Guide Template Language).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
