Job Description

The Sales Strategy Manager will focus on driving sales performance within the retail industry by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies and build strategic partnerships.
  • Lead retail expansion initiatives, including new outlet setup and performance tracking.
  • Plan and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and sales campaigns.
  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure high responsiveness to customer and partner inquiries.
  • Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and coach the sales team to improve performance.
  • Manage sales incentives, commission structures, and promotional ROI.
  • Deliver regular sales reporting and insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategy with broader business goals.

The Successful Applicant

You are a commercially driven and data-savvy sales leader with a strong track record in both B2B and retail environments. You bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to lead teams and drive measurable results.

  • 6-8 years of experience in sales strategy, B2B development, and retail operations.
  • Proven success in launching GTM strategies and expanding retail channels.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and coaching sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with the Singapore market; regional APAC exposure is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
