Job Description

  • Achieve revenue and margin targets across all NSS and Cyber products, meeting quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Consistently forecast, track, and close sales commitments with accuracy and accountability.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and support teams to convey customer insights and stay current on product enhancements.
  • Manage and monitor opportunity pipelines for reporting and sales cadence.
  • Understand customer business structures, identify decision makers, and craft compelling value propositions addressing strategic challenges.
  • Conduct impactful customer presentations and develop professional sales proposals.
  • Engage stakeholders across all organizational levels including C‑suite executives, to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout all engagements.
  • Leverage knowledge of distributor landscapes and manage external stakeholders effectively.
  • Optionally support deployment logistics planning to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Stay updated on SD‑WAN trends, competitive developments, and industry best practices to strengthen solution positioning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Specialist should have:

  • Degree in IT or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Managed Services, System Integration, or IT Infrastructure Sales, including at least 1-2 years focused on SD‑WAN.
  • Experience managing Global Accounts across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to convert technical features into business value with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in network solutions, service management, and security managed services.
  • Strong understanding of SD‑WAN platforms; experience with Cisco (Viptela/Meraki), Fortinet, Aruba, or VeloCloud is a plus.
  • Highly self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills.
  • Resourceful team player with genuine dedication to excellent customer service.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (SFDC).
