Job Description



  • Drive Sales Growth - Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets across retail and distribution channels.


  • Manage Key Accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail partners, distributors, and clients.


  • Market Expansion - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase brand presence in the region.


  • Support Sales Operations - Assist with operational tasks such as order processing, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth logistics to support sales activities.


  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting - Monitor market trends, prepare sales reports, and provide accurate forecasts to support business planning.


  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.



The Successful Applicant



  • Proven Sales Experience - Solid track record in driving sales within the FMCG, consumer goods, or homeware sectors.


  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Expertise - Experienced in developing and executing GTM strategies to successfully launch and position products in competitive markets.


  • Account Management Skills - Skilled in managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving customer retention.


  • Operational Know-how - Comfortable handling end-to-end sales operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, and logistics support.


  • Strong Communicator & Collaborator - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and partner effectively with internal teams across sales, marketing, and supply chain.
