Owing to their growth in topline results in the current fiscal, they are looking to hire a Sales Manager, SEA based in Singapore.Job DescriptionReporting to the Sales Director of APAC the success of the Sales Manager, SEA will be measured on:Hunt for new accounts in the maritime, energy segments, particularly firms with regional headquarters in Singapore or SEACollaborate with regional and global counterparts to cross-sellPartner marketing, pre-sales, system engineering teams to understand client needs and pitching solutions that fitPartner with KAMs / CSMs to develop and close new business within assigned strategic accounts through targeted outreach, growing strategic client relationships, and building consensus across organizational stakeholdersActively engage in activities to drive qualified pipeline creation and coverage ratioWork as a team player and keep open lines of communication with the service delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction through implementationAccurately create and maintain sales pipeline forecasting, prospecting reports, and customer data in the CRM systemThe Successful ApplicantThe successful Sales Manager - SEA, will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:Bachelor's Degree from a recognized universityFive or more years in a hunting role, targeting maritime, energy accounts in APACStrong knowledge in selling connectivity, security, DX solutionsProven track record of operating autonomouslySolid lead networking/prospecting capability & aspiration to represent the company at events & conferencesExperience of having worked in a matrix structure, in an IC roleAbility to guide decision making at C-level & travel in the regionWhat's on OfferOur client offers you an opportunity to be part of a growth focused, collaborative and stable team.The role is ideal for someone in an Enterprise Account Executive role with a principal or SI and looking for a lean, growth firm who pay competitively and invest significant resources in training and development.This is a result driven sales environment with clear growth objectives and expectations on talent development.
