Today, they are seeking a driven Sales Manager to expand their local presence and unlock new growth opportunities.

Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and driving strategic sales initiatives. In addition to this, you will also be challenged with the following:

  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive market penetration and revenue growth
  • Identify opportunities and strengthen relationships across key energy and chemical customer segments.
  • Lead the full sales cycle - including proposals and contract negotiations, to secure long‑term partnership.
  • Develop deep expertise in the market sector and competitor activity to guide commercial decisions.
  • Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and customer updates using CRM tools.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of relevant sales experience in the petrochemical, specialty chemicals and oil and gas field
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and consistently achieving commercial targets.
  • Ability to think critically, manage multiple stakeholders, and develop long‑lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, essential for driving successful deals and collaboration.
  • A team player who thrives in cooperative environment
  • Self‑driven and results oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
