Job Description

  • Own and execute regional sales strategies to grow market share across assigned territories
  • Build trusted relationships with shipowners, operators, and key marine stakeholders
  • Position propulsion optimisation and emission‑saving solutions through value‑based selling
  • Act as a regional subject matter expert supporting complex technical sales discussions
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer and partner ecosystem
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, regional sales, and leadership teams
  • Flexibility to travel up to 40%

The Successful Applicant

A successful Area Sales Manager should have:

  • Bachelors Degree in engineering, business, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in marine or maritime‑related commercial roles
  • Strong understanding of marine propulsion systems or vessel operations
  • Demonstrated success in regional or international sales of technical solutions
  • Track record of managing key accounts and developing long‑term customer partnerships
  • Strong commercial acumen with analytical and problem‑solving capability
