Job Description

Sales Strategy and Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through research, networking, and referrals.



Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to showcase the property's offerings.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.



Revenue & Performance Management

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.



Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the luxury hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships
  • Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
