Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding the company's business relationships with key corporate customers, driving growth opportunities, and positioning the solutions products at the forefront of the industry. In addition to these, you will also be up to the challenge of the following:

  • Own business development and revenue growth across assigned Southeast Asian markets
  • Manage, develop, and performance-track regional distributors and agents
  • Execute consultative selling of technical solutions, upgrades, and value-added services
  • Identify new market opportunities, customers, and partner expansion strategies
  • Collaborate with internal sales, service, and technical teams on complex engagements
  • Lead partner enablement through training, joint planning, and field support
  • Drive adoption of CRM and digital sales tools to improve visibility and execution

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales, regional business development, or distributor management
  • Proven track record in channel-led sales models within technical or engineered products
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to translate market insight into growth plans
  • Experience engaging customers through solution-based, value-driven selling
  • Comfortable operating across multiple countries and cultures with frequent regional travel
  • Hands-on experience using CRM systems and structured sales processes
  • Experience in technical selling within industries like O&G, Petrochemical, Technical Gases
  • Open and strong communicator
  • Strategic thinker with a result driven mindset.
