Job Description

  • Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
  • Analyze market dynamics and customer needs to identify and leverage new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-achieving sales team to consistently surpass targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Set individual and team goals, monitor progress, and provide continuous feedback and direction.
  • Expand revenue streams through direct sales initiatives, strategic alliances, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create lead-generation strategies and support sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and performance metrics to the executive leadership team.
  • Evaluate sales data, spot emerging trends, and implement strategies for ongoing growth.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Contribute to executive discussions by sharing strategic insights and growth strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a high-performing team.
  • Excellent knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing sector.
