Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within data center, industrial, commercial, and M&E segments.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical discussions, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Provide technical solution‑selling based on customer needs for cooling systems, HVAC equipment, and mechanical solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to prepare equipment sizing, technical selections, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, M&E contractors, channel partners, and end‑users.
  • Conduct site visits, product presentations, and technical clarifications throughout pre‑sales and post‑sales stages.
  • Ensure timely follow‑up on quotations, project requirements, and customer enquiries.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support business growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular updates to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in sales (HVAC, mechanical systems, or technical solution sales).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, or precision cooling solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, proposals, and timelines effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, or project discussions when required.
