Job Description

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and clients
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Train, mentor, and support the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and resources efficiently to maximise sales outcomes



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences and related disciplines
  • Over 5 years of commercial experience, preferably within the healthcare pharmaceutical industry and exposed to women health/ pharmaceutical portfolio
  • Highly motivated to deliver high-quality and professional ethics
  • Able to make decisive decisions
  • Good reasoning and negotiation skills
