About Our Client
My client is a global integrated logistics company, which is active in integrated container logistics, ocean, inland freight transportation, trucking, warehouse, and supply chain solution. We are in search of an Sales Manager to work closely with various segment market, providing them consultative end-to-end logistic solutions/services from ocean to trucking to the warehouse.
Reporting to the Head of Segment sales, this role is expected to manage and develop the Global/ local business relationship. A measure of success includes the growth of Share of Wallet for parts of the customer supply chain.
- Maintain good relationships with customers that are in line with the organization strategy
- Able to develop and include value proposition in all global tender
- Coming up with business plans to increase supply chain shared of wallet, and share with them the logistic service and solution that can be offered to them
- Grow local market share and presence via customer's sub-entity and sub-supplier
- Work closely and support local product organization growth in P&L via consultative value proposition
- Developing business plans for the ocean, Logistic & Service products on a global scale
- Support customers by building End-to-end solutions to help their revenue growth across product
- Responsible for upholding high customer satisfaction level
- Ensure contract compliance and successful business onboarding
- Able to bring the organization's product and service to the key decision-maker, right influencers, and stakeholders, leading to the success of the global tenders
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor or Master's in Business, Logistics, Supply chain Marketing, or other relevant studies
- Minimum 5 years of regional experience selling logistics and supply chain solution's to FMCG and/or retail customer
- Have a hunter mentality, able to actively provide a customized solution for the customer while promoting the organization's product
