- Lead sales team to create consistent sales activity management, account plans and opportunities
- Achieve group sales target and meet revenue goals for all the projects assigned
- Plan and implement sales strategies to meet corporate objectives
- Negotiate with customers (architects/developers/contractors) to close the deals within budget
- Maintain and strengthen key stakeholder relationships and partnership (architects/developers/contractors)
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (production/customer service/supply chain)
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Engineering, Architecture, Materials or relevant fields
- 7 years' experience within the building materials or architectural solutions, with strong collaboration with parties including façade contractors, developers et cetera.
- Basic technical understanding/experiences in Façade engineering and architectural drawings are highly preferred
- Solid experience in managing key accounts and channels
- Aggressive, self-motivated, organised, results and service oriented, eye for details
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain and strengthen stakeholder and partnership relationships
- Possess strong leadership and able to lead the sales team
- High level of energy, drive and integrity
- Flexibility to travel
