Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise, education, and public sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with design engineers and project managers to deliver tailored AV and UC solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for leadership.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and foster long-term account growth.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of junior sales staff.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of sales experience, ideally in AV, unified communications, or IT services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of AV/UC technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Poly, Crestron)
