Job Description

  • Drive profitable field sales growth and expand new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Service customer accounts according to agreed plans and service levels.
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve results, service levels, and total cost.
  • Prepare and hold periodic business reviews with strategic accounts.
  • Ensure customer contracts and renewals are handled in a timely manner.
  • Act as a safety champion on site, following all company safety policies.



The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a degree in Chemical Process Engineering, Food Science, or related discipline.
  • Brings 4-5 years of relevant industry sales experience, ideally within Food & Beverage manufacturing.
  • Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and the ability to work independently.
  • Skilled in consultative selling, account management, and customer relationship building.
  • Has solid technical understanding of food manufacturing processes.
