The Sales Engineer in responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, driving profitable revenue and positioning the organization as a preferred solutions provider in the medical and BioPharma sectors.The role involves developing account plans, identifying new opportunities, collaborating with cross functional teams and requires approximately 50% travel primarily within Singapore and Malaysia, with occasional international trips.

Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company's offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and external regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare sales or engineering with Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and understand technical prints.
  • Possess solid knowledge of business sales and marketing practices
  • Familiarity with rubber/plastic products and ISO quality requirements is advantageous.
