Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients through direct sales, cold calling, and B2B marketing visits.
  • Distribution & Agent Network Management: Build and strengthen relationships with local distributors and agents, driving growth through the network.
  • Business Development & Growth: Manage and expand business by acquiring new customers and growing relationships with existing ones, promoting the full range of products and solutions.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Regularly input and maintain forecast information, ensuring alignment with monthly and annual targets, and provide updates to management.
  • Technical Support Coordination: Work closely with Product Managers/Specialists to provide necessary technical support to distributors and agents, ensuring they are equipped with the right knowledge and tools.
  • Contract & Agreement Management: Implement and maintain all contracts and purchase agreements for the area, ensuring they are properly executed and aligned with company policies and goals.



The Successful Applicant

  • About 5 years of B2B Industry & Sales Experience in technical sales, solution selling, complex sales, or applications in a similar industry
  • Experienced in managing projects and distribution channels to drive business growth
  • Comfortable with regional travel as required to meet customers and support cross-functional teams
