Job Description

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategy across ASEAN markets
  • Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives
  • Build and manage distributor networks with clear KPIs
  • Drive key account conversions in major hospitals
  • Engage senior clinical and administrative stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and clinical team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and global teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
  • Travel frequently across the region (up to 70%)

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience sales leader in medical device or healthcare tech sector
  • Proven leadership in distributor or direct sales management
  • Strong understanding of ASEAN healthcare systems and tendering
  • Experience engaging hospital and government decision-makers
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets and strategic execution
  • Skilled in team development and clinical engagement
  • Experience with anaesthesia, critical care and hospital automation
