About Our Client

Our client manufactures & distributes an extensive range of leading products & brands. Local office is in Manila.
Sales Director is responsible for developing sales strategies that are aligned with, and supportive of the company's and market's strategic direction, in order to support the attainment of business growth.
- Develops, translates and deploys the company's strategic initiatives through specific plans of action within his/her organization.
- Leads the execution and monitoring of all sales and marketing strategies
- Plan and design the right organization structure, hire and develop the right talents , provide development feedback and necessary coaching to direct reports to ensure that their individual as well as team's performance is at optimum level.
- Identifies, evaluates and implements the most appropriate business model for the company / service delivery to customers that will deliver the maximum growth and profit at a cost effective manner; makes recommendation to Management for changes/new innovations as needed
- Develops key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers.
- Provide timely, accurate report to Management on the performance of the team, identify risks and business development opportunities in the target market.
- Drives strategic expansion plans
- Build a strong leadership team ensuring a tone from the top and culture is around performance and delivery of results
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in top FMCG companies
College graduate preferable in business/economics, finance, or marketing management in a reputable university. MBA highly desirable
- Knowledge in sales management, trade management , operations management, business development, franchise/network expansion
Background in retail
- Proven background leading & developing large teams
- Able to be based in Manila
