Job Description



  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
    Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share while identifying new business opportunities.


  • Performance Analysis & Optimisation:
    Conduct regular evaluations of sales performance, providing insights and implementing corrective actions to meet strategic objectives.


  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
    Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and key stakeholders, including organising site inspections to showcase resort offerings.


  • Brand Visibility & Promotions:
    Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the resort's brand presence through targeted campaigns and promotional materials.


  • Leadership & Project Management:
    Take ownership of sales initiatives, working independently while ensuring timely completion of projects through self-motivation and effective organisation.



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 8 years of relevant sales leadership experience, preferably within the hospitality sector
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
