Job Description
The Sales Director will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Indonesia.
You will be driving project sales and key account strategies with the aim to improve the company's bottom line.
Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Formulate and implement strategies to achieve both sales objectives and business goals
-Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing clients to gain market share
-Manage product forecasting to reduce inventory costs and improve overall plant efficiency
-Establish and reinforce highest standard and codes of conduct to safeguard customer service excellence
-Lead, guide and develop the local sales team to create effective value proposition to clients
The Successful Applicant
-MSc or BSc in Engineering with at least 15 years of relevant sales experience in MNC companies
-A proven track record in achieving business objectives at regional level in building materials industry
-Excellent leadership and communication skills with entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
-Robust network in B2B sales and thorough understanding of the legal framework in Indonesia
-Prior ERP & digital transformation experience across Southeast Asia will be a plus
