About Our Client

Our Client is a Digital Experience Management platform provider that assists the client to monitor devices connected to the network and measure real experience. Their AI & Machine learning engineers would obtain insights, optimize and bring about optimal user experience.

They worked closely with digital Infrastructure providers, digital enterprises, and apps to enhance Digital Experience, hence aligning across the whole ecosystem.

Aiming to expand their team and market share, they are in search of a Sales Director to join their team. This role is based in Singapore. Successful candidates should come from the IT & Telecom Industry and are experienced working with Government accounts. This will be an individual contributor role.

Job Description

  • Taking ownership of the product and solutions, developing and managing government accounts.
  • Working closely with the account managers, presales, and partners, to achieve customer meets.
  • Positioned as a market and product expert, coming up with sales proposals, and presenting solutions to the client.
  • Traveling as per business needs.
  • Lead development and growth of accounts
  • Sharing products and solutions to existing/potential clients for new sales opportunities.
  • Able to function as both Hunter and Farmer
  • Work closely with partners, build strong relationships, and develop Go-To-Market Strategy with them.
  • Keep track of competition and ensure market edge over them
  • Present to various external stakeholders, being the face of the organization
  • Weekly updates and forecast, ensuring a healthy pipeline
  • Build strong relationships and influence over external stakeholders(IT executives and potential customers)

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience selling to Telco and Government
  • Able to understand customer's requirements, overcome rejections, present ROI(Return of Investment) analysis, and closing of Sales
  • Good understanding of Clouds and the SaaS market.
  • Have knowledge in hardware and software solution
  • Strong understanding of the market condition, and can forge strong relationships with partners and client
  • Experience in RFQ and RFP documentation.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in the high-tech space with a good sales track record.
  • Background in the technical portion is preferred
  • Experience working with large accounts and selling to C-level individuals.
  • Strong work ethics, and ability to perform in a fast pacing environment
