Job Description

  • Own and execute the Asia commercial strategy, delivering sustainable revenue and margin growth
  • Lead and develop regional Sales Managers and Territory Sales teams across Asia
  • Shift the business towards higher-value direct customer engagement while optimising channel performance
  • Partner closely with R&D, Application Engineering, Operations, and Finance on customer solutions
  • Identify new growth opportunities across strategic industries and key accounts
  • Coach and develop mid-level people managers, building a strong leadership pipeline
  • Track performance through robust forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI discipline

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of B2B commercial leadership experience within specialty chemicals or advanced materials
  • Proven track record leading multi-country sales organisations in Asia
  • Experience selling value-added solutions into technical or regulated industries
  • Strong capability in developing direct sales models alongside channel strategies
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and succession development
  • Commercially astute, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a lean, growth-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Asia
