About Our Client

Our Client is a Digital Experience Management platform provider that assists the client to monitor devices connected to the network and measure real experience. Their AI & Machine learning engineers would obtain insights, optimize and bring about optimal user experience.

They work closely with digital Infrastructure providers, digital enterprises, and enterprise applications to enhance Digital Experience with greater alignment across the various ecosystems.

Aiming to expand their team and market share, they are in search of a sales director to join their team. This role is based in Singapore. Successful candidates should come from the technology space, preferably from the digital experience management platform space and specifically in the application performance monitoring space. This person will be experienced in selling to digital companies that have a heavy emphasis on their mobile applications.

Job Description

The success of this role will be measured on:

  • Hunting for new business and farming existing client accounts
  • Developing relationships with key decision makers
  • Up-selling and cross-selling into existing client accounts
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to build the best solutions for clients
  • Improving key client relationships and expanding their business volume

The Successful Applicant

To be a successful hire for this role, you have:

  • 6 years or more sales experience in the Application Performance Monitoring space
  • Driven, disciplined sales mentality
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and client skills, with a strong emphasis on presentation
