About Our Client
A successful and cash rich MNC business that has experienced solid growth in APAC since they established their regional HQ in Singapore over twenty years ago. They are a major player in markets including Data Center, Infrastructure, Transportation, Utilities, Offshore, Refinery and Petrochemical. For this particular business unit you will be focusing on their infrastructure security products into these diverse vertical markets.
Job Description
- Develop and deliver a sales strategy for APAC
- Recruiting, motivating, coaching and driving the sales individuals in your team
- Oversee the sales process from inception to completion
- Work with the global Marketing team to support new initiatives
- Deliver sales forecasts and business opportunities projecting company forecasts and goals
- Analyse pricing strategies to improve marketing and sales performance
- Cost control and P&L management
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have the following experience and skill set:
- Experience in managing P&L for SEA or APAC region within Security Infrastructure sector
- A proven track record in managing a successful sales team - internal and external
- Experience and knowledge in the Security Infrastructure solutions industry
- A strategic mindset focused on process improvement and growth
- Experience in managing a CRM system, e.g. Salesforce
