We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to support growth initiatives across APAC. Reporting to the Managing Director, APAC, this role will focus on developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will contribute to shaping the region's commercial plans, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the company's presence in the market.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new logos and expand market share.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing enterprise clients across industries such as Financial Services, Technology, Government, and Healthcare.
  • Interpret market and competitor trends to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Set ambitious revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional goals with global objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales leadership, ideally across APAC.
  • Proven track record in driving growth and managing multi-region teams.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and strategic planning skills.
  • Hands-on leader with the ability to innovate and think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
