About Our Client
Our client is a leading EdTech firm that is currently expanding their sales team. They are one of the largest public listed EdTech firms globally, at the forefront of this growing space. They are looking to hire a Sales Development Representative Manager to lead a team of SDRs.
Job Description
The success of this role will be measured on:
- Growing the SDR team by hiring, coaching and motivating the SDRs
- Achieving sales targets, with full accountability on daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs
- Forecasting and reporting the pipeline accurately
- Partnering effectively with the marketing and sales teams to optimize the sales funnel and develop lead generation campaigns
- Collaborating with upper management on driving sales initiatives
The Successful Applicant
To be a successful hire for this role, you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any other relevant field
- 3 years or more experience in SaaS sales development leadership
- Inside sales or business/sales development representative experience in SaaS
- Additional experience selling to clients in EdTech- would be a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client skills, with a strong emphasis on presentation
