Job Description

  • Champion preventive safety measures, lead incident investigations, and enforce risk assessment practices to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
  • Manage quality performance for both in-house production (including a key accessories plant and multiple regional units) and cross-border order fulfillment.
  • Ensure external service providers and machining subcontractors operate in line with strict HSE and quality standards.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize supplier quality, delivery reliability, and cost-efficiency across international operations.
  • Build capability within HSE and Supplier Quality teams, ensuring alignment on technical standards, compliance tools, and performance objectives.
  • Communicate quality and safety initiatives effectively across operations, management, and industry partners, fostering transparency and accountability.



The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience in HSE, quality management, or subcontractor oversight within industrial or OEM manufacturing environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with solid knowledge of HSE regulations and supplier quality standards.
  • Able to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders across various levels.
