About Our Client
Our client is an industry leading health-care provider with a strong presence in Singapore. They are looking to hire a SaaS Support Engineer (Health-care)
- Deploying troubleshooting and logging analysis to identify probable causes.
- Ensuring issue resolution, and provide ongoing communication across teams
- Providing high quality customer and functional support and constantly refining standard operating procedures
- Providing technical support for SaaS products and maintaining
- Identifying recurring issues and escalate appropriately for permanent resolution
- Serving as an escalation point for tier 1 & 2 for complex support issues.
- Assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of diagnostic health platform
The Successful Applicant
As a successful applicant you will be fluent in English and Mandarin and have a Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field. Minimum 5 years of web application experience with proficiency in Java or Microsoft .NET C#. technology stack on Windows/Linux platforms. Experience in supporting applications on Cloud Platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. You must have previous experience working in a Tier-2 level support and hands on system administration experience and working knowledge of virtualization systems (Hyper-V, XEN, KVM, VMware). Intermediate to advanced knowledge of DNS and DHCP and a good understanding of microservices will be advantageous.
