The Singapore office plays a key role in supporting regional oversight and governance activities.

Job Description

  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the APAC region, including risk assessments, controls, and reporting.
  • Maintain and update risk registers, assist with scenario analysis, and support periodic risk and control reviews.
  • Support local compliance activities, including regulatory monitoring, internal policy adherence, and coordination on financial crime matters where required.
  • Assist with regulatory submissions, audits, and reviews, ensuring documentation and responses are accurate and timely.
  • Support the execution of risk and compliance work plans, including preparation of internal reports and governance materials.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 4 years of experience in risk and compliance within the insurance industry.
  • Experience supporting risk management and regulatory compliance activities within a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory expectations relevant to insurance operations.
  • Strong organisational, documentation, and analytical skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and global stakeholders
