Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and support the growth of the retail media division.
  • Perform in-depth market research to uncover business opportunities, monitor competitors, and anticipate industry developments.
  • Drive client acquisition by leveraging industry expertise and a strong professional network to grow the customer portfolio.
  • Foster and nurture strong relationships with key clients by understanding their objectives and offering customized retail media solutions.
  • Manage top-tier client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term engagement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, analyze media performance, and deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with retail media operations, campaign execution, and data analytics teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.
  • Share client feedback and market insights with the product team to support the creation of innovative retail media offerings.

The Successful Applicant

  • Min 7 years of experience in advertising and media sales.
  • Strong expertise in the media and advertising industry, with a keen awareness of evolving trends in retail media
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or surpassing media sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Skilled in using digital advertising platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of delivering complex ideas clearly and effectively
