Job Description

  • Own and execute the commercial strategy for a growing retail media network
  • Build long-term partnerships with leading FMCG and consumer brands
  • Engage senior stakeholders to shift conversations from ad space to business outcomes
  • Position closed-loop measurement as a key differentiator for advertisers
  • Lead joint business planning tied to product launches and seasonal peaks
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to refine market offerings
  • Represent the business at industry and ecosystem events
  • Guide complex negotiations and high-value commercial agreements
  • Mentor senior sales team members on consultative selling approaches

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15 years' experience in digital media sales, publisher, or media leadership roles
  • Proven exposure to retail media, e-commerce, or performance-driven advertising
  • Strong track record managing senior brand and agency stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value commercial deals
  • Solid understanding of media measurement, attribution, and incrementality
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into compelling growth narratives
