About Our Client
Our Client is a prominent business that is a market leader in the Retail industry. They are constantly taking the lead to achieve greater standards of product innovation and quality, which is why they are seeking for a Retail Manager to assist them and contribute in this area.
* To implement and execute retail & operational excellence in alignment with group's retail management objectives in the store front.
*To achieve retail sales target and review customer profile and category contribution per location to customize range of products.
*To monitor the merchandising, assortments and planograms as respected in the different locations.
*To formulate promotion strategies and incentive programs to motivate front line staff.
*To regularly review the store inventory level ensuring out-of-stocks/low stocks item, or slow moving items are identified.
The Successful Applicant
You should have a recognized tertiary education Degree and have significant years of related working experience in the Luxury/Retail Industry from a Retail background. It is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to be strong in negotiation and customer management experience. You must possess very strong influencing skills to be able to deliver value and advice to customers and stakeholders; You also must have analytical skills and data interpretation in order to use these metrics to discover areas of business improvement and drive performance.
