Job Description
- Prospect for new tenants and work with appointed agents to source for suitable tenants
- Responsible for negotiating lease renewals
- Finalise lease agreements and other leasing related documentation
- Conduct competitive market research and monitor market trends
- Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters
The Successful Applicant
- Approachable personality with strong leadership traits
- Degree in Real Estate / Marketing / Business, or any other relevant disciplines
- Outstanding track record in marketing and leasing of retail and commercial properties
- Has team work, business communication, problem-solving and pro-active
