Job Description
- Plan critical project-related scientific and technical activities (e.g., interpreting results, critical assessment of data, drawing relevant conclusions, and drafting reports)
- Interact with Lines of Business across teams to translate company strategic vision into successful Research and Development products
- Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develop budgets; policies and procedures to support the functional infrastructure
- Offer visionary and strategic thinking from a regional perspective with the skills to convert research visions into strategic goals and actions
- Maintain an elevated level of knowledge regarding scientific, clinical, public health policies, and commercial developments in the oncology area, as well as a robust understanding of country-specific evidence needs by key population-based decision makers
The Successful Applicant
- PhD in Immunology, Biomedical, and Bioinformatics, or related degrees is required
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Research for Healthcare or Life Sciences industry, specifically experienced in TCR and mRNA technology
- Demonstrated success with implementing post-market studies and a strong understanding of study initiation and management at the operational level
- Comprehensive understanding of the Biotechnology industry and regulatory environment concerning post-licensure commitments
- Proven ability to leverage understanding of the emerging healthcare environment to create the platform for effective changes and further business success
