Job Description

  • Conducting in-depth market and candidate research to build talent maps and pipelines.
  • Managing candidate outreach and engagement with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Preparing briefing documents, reports, and insights to support search strategy and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.



The Successful Applicant

  • Doctor of Philosophy in any major is preferred.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with an ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings effectively.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
