We are looking for a Compliance Consultant to join a reputable organisation in the Financial Services industry. The role involves supporting the Compliance department with regulatory tasks.

  • 12 months contract with chances of extension/conversion

My client is one of the world's largest alternative investment firm, overseeing assets across private equity, real estate, and other specialized investment strategies.

Job Description

  • Build, refine, and periodically review compliance frameworks to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
  • Manage regulatory‑related tasks, including addressing inquiries from regulators and fulfilling licensing obligations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs focused on internal policies, regulatory expectations, and associated compliance risks.
  • Oversee the coordination and timely submission of required regulatory filings.
  • Provide guidance to business teams on policy interpretation, regulatory changes, and compliance‑related.
  • Collaborate regularly with colleagues in the firm's international offices to ensure consistent compliance practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • At-least 5 years of legal & compliance experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
