Our Client is a global leader in the FMCG Industry with multi-billion-dollar revenue worldwide. With increasing demand and new product introductions, they are currently looking for a Regional Supply Planner to assist them and contribute in this area.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Department, your main responsibilities include execution of the Supply and Inventory plans for respective brands for the APAC region. You are responsible to manage regional targets for fill rates and inventory levels collaborating closely with the Inventory Management team. You are expected to have great communication skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • To manage and deliver the regional branded finished goods supply - service and inventory performance - from suppliers.
  • Helping to support in delivering the targets by effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, utilisation of supply chain management information and systems.
  • Management and delivery of the regional branded finished goods supply.
  • To be accountable for the respective branded regional service fulfilment.
  • To participate with the Regional Demand Planning counterpart, Regional Brand Leadership and affiliates Supply Chain Team and affiliates SI&OP meeting to attain the business goals through a focus on agreed KPI's.
  • Close collaboration with key organisational partners in the performance of the supply planning function.
  • Support the KPI performance in relation to supply chain planning for APAC brands.

The Successful Applicant

You must have a Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain and a minimum of 3 years experience within the Retail/FMCG Industry with exposure in Supply Chain Planning. It is essential that you can demonstrate ability to be strong in negotiation and supplier management experience. You must possess very strong influencing skills to be able to deliver value and advice to peers and stakeholders. Additionally, you must have analytical skills and data interpretation in order to use these metrics to discover areas of business improvement and drive performance.
